  6. A program to drag and resize window before opening it.
  7. Can be used with any program which takes its x/y and
  8. width/height ( LEFT/N,TOP/N,WIDTH/N,HEIGHT/N )
  9. coords from the command line or from tooltypes.

  11. Now all MUI programs can be dragged/sized.
  12.  
  13. Added a shadow to the coords window.
  14. Littering fixed.
